gCADSS is a generic decision support system that is based on the Auto Body Consortium's automotive product design and development process. The gCADSS is available for use through our knowledge Network site.

gCADSS knowledge includes the research conducted under NIST ATP grant to Auto Body Consortium's Project Near Zero Stamping and relates new finding about sheet metal forming hemming and process control to the stakeholder. This knowledge is represented to an activity and can be extracted through the use of parameter or attributes.
